The PURPOSE of the
Barton Office Professionals of Barton Community College
is to Develop Better Campus-Wide COMMUNICATION and COOPERATION
Promote PROFESSIONALISM and Assist with Campus SERVICE PROJECTS
MEMBERSHIP
Our group includes and welcomes all education support personnel, including supervisors, working for Barton Community College, male and female, exempt and non-exempt, whose primary work assignments are non-instructional. The annual membership fee is only $10 per year, due on the last working day of September. Our treasurer receives all payments and will be glad to answer any questions you may have.
Through the generosity of Barton Community College, each member of BartonOP is also a member of the Association of Kansas Community College Office Professionals and has the opportunity to apply for AKCCOP continuing education grants. Members may also earn continuing education units by attending spring AKCCOP conferences, hosted on a rotating basis by member colleges.
