Barton Community College's Community Education Department is seeking applicants for part-time (on-call), Adventure Based Leadership Education (ABLE) facilitators. Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to function in a team environment, exhibit a proven ability to serve in a leadership capacity with individuals from upper elementary students to adults, and be able to participate in heavy physical exertion in extreme cold or hot outdoor conditions.
